Policy commission is the specialized working body composed of business experts who examine major issues of interest to the business world. They prepare policy products, such as statements, rules and codes, to contribute to intergovernmental discussions and to facilitate international business transactions. The Indian chamber of education and research (ICER) has a policy commission that focus on various topics, such as arbitration, corporate responsibility, digital economy, environment and energy, intellectual property, taxation, trade and investment. Through these policy commissions, ICER aims to represent the voice of Indian Education and businesses and to influence the global policy agenda in a positive and constructive manner.
